INFORMATION |
The
only solution to the
problem of Homeless Animals is spay/neuter.
UAF has a Low Cost Spay/Neuter Program with local
veterinarians and mobile clinics. This program helps folks
who cannot afford the spay/neuter of their Companion Animals.
UAF Spay/Neuter Hotline - 928-778-2924 Public Service Announcement Video UAF has the only Trap/Neuter Release Program (TNR) in the area. It is estimated that there are over 3000 feral cats residing in Yavapai County. We are working to control the population of feral cats who can not be socialized. When possible UAF's wonderful Volunteers socialize young kittens who are then adopted. In 2007, we altered 1471 animals and
re-homed 656.
